1. Subscription & Use of Services
By creating an account on ABCSoft AI Ops or utilizing the platform services, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service subscription basis.
2. Accuracy of AI Syntheses & Recommendations
ABCSoft AI Ops relies on Anthropic Claude 3.7 to analyze metrics and generate executive summaries. While models are configured with strict grounding on customer data, AI outputs are advisory and should not replace independent fiduciary, legal, or financial audit decisions.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
We strive for 99.98% platform availability across our global infrastructure. Maintenance windows are announced with minimum 48-hour prior notice.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with corporate SaaS commercial laws, with dispute jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh or mutually agreed arbitration.
